-	The prices are per person and day for a stay of at least 3 days, including all taxes
-	Less than a 3 days stay we charge in case of room with breakfast an extra tax of € 5,00 per person and day, for rooms with half board an additional tax of € 8,00
-	In case of earlier departures, there’s an additional tax of 3 days
-	Single supplement € 7,00 to € 10,00 per night
-	For dogs it’s calculated a daily rate of € 6,00 (without food)
-	You can gladly pay your hotel bill in cash, with EC- or Credit Card
-	Room number: Unfortunately we cannot confirm a specific room number or floor.
-	On departure the rooms are to be free up to 11 a.m., and on arrival the rooms are ready from about 14 p.m.
-	Payment modalities: At the evening before departure from 21.00 p.m., or on departures day from 08.30 a.m. The hotel bill can be paid in cash in all currencies. We accept of course also Credit Cards and E.C. Cards.
-	Cancellations: Cancellations – it sounds annoying and it’s annoying. It’s a pity, if rooms remain free, although other persons had pleasure to come. But once it may happen to each of us, with our cancellation insurance you, however, are financially well hedged. If you have a booked hotel stay later on or even not taken up or prematurely aborted, according to the EU-standard cancellation-fees, the cancellation tax will be added. To take you free in such cases from any costs, we recommend you to make this cancellation insurance, so that the European Travel Insurance will pay.
	Room cancellations are only valid by writing. For short-term-cancellations (30 days before vacation) or earlier departure, we calculate 70 % of the price per night. If we can rent out the booked room to others, there are, of course, no cancellation costs to pay. But, in any case, we recommend making a Trip cancellation insurance, which you can directly contract through our website.
