In winter, the ski resort Meran 2000 in the immediate vicinity gives you a big opportunity to try the (stop-) swinging.
7 lifts, 40 km of ski slopes, 18 km cross-country-trails, 25 km of winter hiking trails and a toboggan run are waiting for you. The family-friendly and very sunny ski resort, offers a professional ski school, 3 ski rental, also a winter nursery with baby lift.

The glacier area Schnalstaler Gletschergebiet (3.200m - 50 min. ride ) on the one hand, and the glacier area Stilfserjoch Gletschergebiet (2.757m - 80 min. ride) on the other hand, allow to ski even during the summer months.
